WED, OCT 18, DAY 1 - DEPART THE USA Depart from Orlando & Boston, connect in Newark, transatlantic to Lisbon, Portugal. THURS, OCT 19, DAY 2 - LISBON/SANTAREM/ NAZARE/FATIMA – After arriving in Lisbon late morning, we will visit the Church of Santo Antonio (St Anthony) and Basilica of Lisbon, go to lunch, and then travel to Santarem, Mass at the Church of the Holy Miracle. Following Mass we have a short visit of the fishing village of Nazare, then dinner and overnight in our hotel in Fatima Village. FRI, Oct 20, DAY 3 - FATIMA SHRINE & EXCURSION TO ALCOBAHA - After enjoying breakfast, we begin today with Mass at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions. We will also visit the Tombs of Francisco, Jacinto and Sr. Lucia, the Aljustrel where the children lived, and the Valinhos, where Our Lady appeared after the children’s return from prison. This afternoon you can choose between free time for individual sightseeing or personal devotions (rosary or prayers at the Hungarian stations of the cross); or, take an excursion to the 12th century monastery of Alcobaha.  Founded in 1153, it was one of the most important of the medieval monasteries in Portugal. We return to our hotel in Fatima Village for dinner and overnight. SAT, OCT 21, DAY 4 - FATIMA/BOM JESUS SHRINE/SANTIAGO - This morning after enjoying breakfast, we make our way to Bom Jesus do Monte, one of Portugal’s most spectacular religious sanctuaries. Upon arrival, we celebrate Mass at the Bom Jesus Shrine. Our journey continues as we make our way to Santiago. As we approach Santiago you can choose to walk the final 2-3 kilometers to Saint James Cathedral, the final few steps of the El Camino, which thousands of pilgrims walk each year. We gather at St James for transport to our hotel, dinner, and overnight. SUN, OCT 22, DAY 5 - SANTIAGO: VISIT OF THE SHRINE - After breakfast, we make our way to St James Cathedral for Mass and then a full day of sightseeing in the city of Spain’s patron saint. After a tour of the Cathedral, we will have a walking tour of this medieval city. There will be ample time during the day to browse through the streets and plazas. We have dinner and overnight in our hotel in Santiago. MON, OCT 23, DAY 6 - SANTIAGO/LEON/BURGOS - After breakfast, we have a full day of travel, with a lovely stop in Leon on the way to Burgos. Upon arrival in Leon, we will celebrate Mass at the Cathedral.  After lunch, we will have a city guide tour of Leon and the holy sites. We finish our day’s journey to Burgos, dinner and overnight.  TUES, OCT 24, DAY 7 - BURGOS/AVILA/BURGOS - After breakfast, we travel to Avila for the day and visit the holy sites of St Teresa of Avila.  Mass today will be in the Cathedral of Avila. After a full day, we travel back to Burgos for dinner and overnight. WED, OCT 25, DAY 8 - BURGOS/LOYOLA/ LOURDES - After breakfast we start our day with Mass at the Cathedral of Burgos. After a tour of the Cathedral, we start our journey to Lourdes. At about halfway to Lourdes, we’ll stop in Loyola and visit St Ignatius birthplace and Cathedral. After lunch we’ll get back on the road for Lourdes. We plan on dinner at our hotel in Lourdes. If we arrive on time, we will attend the evening rosary and torchlight procession and return to our hotel for overnight in Lourdes. THURS, OCT 26, DAY 9 – LOURDES – This day is spent in devotion to Our Lady of Lourdes.  After breakfast, we begin with Mass in Basilica. We visit the legendary waters of the miraculous Lourdes springs, tour the shrine, Boly Mill, Cachot, and the local parish church.  After dinner, we will attend the evening rosary and torchlight procession.  Return to our hotel for overnight. FRI, OCT 27, DAY 10 - LOURDES/PARIS - Breakfast, and then travel to Paris via plane. On arrival in Paris, we enjoy an orientation bus tour of the City of Lights.  As part of our tour, we pass by the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and travel down the famous Champs-Elysees. After completion of the tour, we will check into our hotel and the balance of the afternoon is free.  After dinner, we will embark upon a lovely evening boat cruise along the Seine River to view the stunningly beautiful “City of Light”. We will return to our hotel for overnight. SAT, OCT 28, DAY 11 - PARIS/LISIEUX/BEC ABBEY/ROUEN/PARIS - Today we are spending the day outside of Paris visiting the holy sites so famous in northern France. We start the day in Lisieux and will have mass in the Basilica of Saint Therese, “The Little Flower.” We then travel a few kilometers to see the Abbey of our Lady of Bec.  We conclude with travel to Rouen and trace the steps of St Joan of Arc and see where she went to trial and was martyred. Dinner and overnight at our hotel in Paris. SUN, OCT 29, DAY 12 – PARIS - After breakfast, we will tour Notre Dame Cathedral and attend the special Sunday International Mass. After Mass our tour continues with a visit to St Chappelle, and then continue on to the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. We conclude with our visit to the church of St Etienne du Mont (with the tomb of Paris patroness St. Genevieve).  Afterwards we have free time for lunch and dinner (on your own) and touring. We have overnight in our hotel in Paris.    MON, OCT 30, DAY 13 – PARIS - After breakfast, we travel to the church of Sacré Coeur for Mass. Balance of the day is free for shopping or personal adventure or optional excursions. We enjoy our farewell dinner in a Parian restaurant and overnight in our hotel in Paris. TUES, OCT 31, DAY 14 - TRAVEL TO USA - With hearts full of gratitude and memories for a lifetime, we transfer to the Paris airport for the return flight home to the USA.
