The mountainous northeast region of the map of Tanzania is home to Mount Kilimanjaro, which is Africa's highest peak. To the north and the west are the African Great Lakes of Lake Victoria, which is Africa's largest lake, and Lake Tanganyika, the deepest lake on the continent, and home to unique species of fish. The central part of the map is a large plateau, and makes up much of the arable region. Tanzania is also home to the Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti National Park wildlife parks, both located in the north, as well as various other parks and natural attractions.
