Map of Czech Republic - The Czech Republic is a landlocked country located in central Europe, and the map of the Czech Republic is bordered in the north by Poland, in the east by Slovakia (with which it formed the former country of Czechoslovakia), in the south by Austria, and in the west by Germany. Since 2000, the map of the Czech Republic has been divided politically into 13 regions and the capital city of Prague. The landscape of the map of the Czech Republic is exceedingly varied. Bohemia is the region to the west of the map of the Czech Republic, and it is a basin surrounded by low mountains, and contains the highest point in the country, at just over 1600 metres above sea level, as well as a number of rivers. The eastern part of the map of the Czech Republic is quite hilly, but is drained mostly by the Morava River, and is the source of the Oder River. The climate of the Czech Republic is temperate continental, with relatively hot summers, and cold, cloudy, snowy winters.
